Justified reasons for resigning from studies include the following circumstances:
1) a refusal to grant a visa as defined in the Act of 12th December 2013 on Foreigners,
provided that not having a visa is a real obstacle to beginning/continuing the studies,
2) lack of possibility to obtain a decision regarding the granting of a visa, provided that
not having a visa is a real obstacle to beginning/continuing the studies and provided
that the candidate submits a document that confirms that he or she has not applied for
a visa, the process of applying is not pending and that he or she is not waiting for a
decision to be issued by a consulate,
