seni tanıyorsa ilk cümleyi atabilirsin. mümkünse yüzyüze konuşman daha iyi olur.

I consider to apply to instituion of X. Yet the institution demands a name as a reference. I am quite short of knowledge according to what criteria you endow a reference. I would like to know whether it is convenient if I put your name on paper as a reference?
edit: ben yanlış anlamışım sanırım. sen referans mektubu istiyorsun. ben isim olarak referans vermeye göre çevirdim.
