with the experience i gained as an it operator for many years, i reduced the It (bu nedir bilemedim) expenses of halil marketing turkey branch(department) %1, which was my former workplace. with the project that was organized and also worked actively by myself, i modernized all the network system of my office with microsoft and linux software and made all system work compatible and high performance with the branch of çorum, our headquarter. apart from those my ordinary duties were optimization regarding performance and usage of backup infrastructure, 2nd level support for backup operation incld. trouble ticket handling, problem fixing, sl reporting and coordination with outsource companies.
