bir tane müşterimiz var. müşterimizin bize vermiş olduğu 30-40 mail'lik bir liste var. listedeki adresler 3-4 farklı domain'den. ama emin olmasam da, tüm domain'lerin aynı server'da ya da aynı sistemde olması gerekiyor. bu listeye her gün düzenli olarak 6 farklı rapor atıyoruz. 6 farklı rapor, 6 farklı mail adresimizden gidiyor (farklı departmanlar)
ara ara, bazı email adreslerimizden giden mail'ler (hepsinden değil) bazı email adreslerine ulaşmıyor. gönderen email adreslerinin hepsi aynı domain'de. mail'lerin ulaşmadığı adreslerle aynı domain'deki diğer mail adresleri ise mail'leri alabiliyor. yani komple bizim domain engellenmiş değil.
bunlar ışığında ve aşağıdaki rapora bakarak, nedir problem? ne yapmamız lazım? karşı tarafın IT'si problem sizde diyor, bizim IT problem onlarda diyor.

fakyoras
maili gonderen mail sunucusu, reputation black list'e girmis, mail sender sunucunun ipsini saglayicisi kimse bu blacklist'den cikartmali. mail gonderdiginiz sunucunun spam gateway'i mailinizi reject etmis.
