benim anladığım, "there's A guy" da denebilir, ama anlam olarak "this" farklı bir vurgu veriyor. "this" diye bahsedilen kişi biraz daha özel/dikkat gerektiren gibi (particular) birisi. "this" dediğinde ekstra belirli (definite) bir durum var. ne biçim yazdım tarzanca. ama bu şekil bir şey anladım ben.
sanırım bu durumda baldur2'nin tanımı doğru oluyor.
