The room to be rented is furnished with a bed, table and dresser. It is clean, neat and bright. There's always WI-FI and hot water. Fridge, washing machine are available to use. There is also a big and sunny living room in the flat.
We keep apartment clean. I would appreciate a flatmate who does the same. Although we like to party occasionally, this is not a party apartment. We usually don't make too much noise after midnight.
