Topic: Too much emphasis today is placed on having a university education. While there is a need to have well-educated doctors, teachers and engineers, there is also a need to have highly qualified electricians, plumbers, nurses and so on. Governments need to rethink their educational policies and provide additional funding and training for those jobs that do not require a university education.
Do you agree with the above or do you think governments should spend more on university education?

These people are preparing our foods, repairing our goods and we've just ignored them.” Anothers findings of these sitution is simple: increasing prices of plumbers and other qualified staffs. David Gorman who is a owner of plumbing company says:” As company, we cannot find people who qualified about our job and if we have a chance to find one, we have to give huge amount of money to employee. There are lots of people who ready to pay great moneys for just repairing small fountain.” he said. Well, what can governments do to fix these situations?
Allocating more money for qualified people's education is probably the best way to deal with such problems. Trainings and schools that specialized about these people is another solution for the problem. This kind of school have started education at Delawere in 2003 and thanks to first graduated people benefits of the schools undoubtly can be seen all around the city. Everybody, especially authorities feel comfortable about the results because costs of staffs have been decreasing and nobody complains and suffers previous problems.
Considering all of these situations, providing additional funding and training for jobs that don't require a university education is beneficial for both authorities and society and as Delawere example, investment in kind of sector facilitiates everbody's life. These people are absolutely backbone of community and allocating more sources and interest should be one the main priorities of governments.
