Üniversite'de Incomplete
Feci sıkışmış yardıma muhtacım. Bilkent'teyim. Projeyi bitiremedim. Hoca incomplete mi yapsak dedi. Ben de o an mal bulmuş gibi atlamayayım diye ayrıntılarını soramadım. Bu incomplete nedir? Ne işe yarar? Süresi ne kadardır? Bitirince hoca beğenirse A bile gelir mi? Harf notuna dönünce ileride transcriptte gözükmeye devam eder mi? Acil yardımlarınızı bekliyorum
ek süre veriyor tamamlaman için. tamamlayınca transkripte geçiyor. kalmıyor izi.

yönetmelikte bir not düşürülür gibi bir madde olabilir, bizde vardı ama pek uygulanmıyordu. a olmasın b olsun, ne olur?

normalde hocaların notları teslim etmesi için bir süre var. sizin projeniz de bitmediğine göre (ya da hocanızın istediği seviyede olmadığına göre) ya düşük not verecek ya da incomplete vererek. hocanız size kıyak yapmış incomplete verelim demiş.

peki verilecek süreyi hoca mı belirliyor? yoksa her üniversitenin kendi fiks süresi mi var?

süre için yönetmelikte şu var:
"I: accorded to students who, although otherwise successful, have failed to complete the required assignments for a course due to illness or some other valid reason. Proof of illness or other reason for non-completion must be submitted to the department chair within three days of the date of the final exam. A student receiving an incomplete grade for any course must make up for the deficiencies within 15 days after the final exam in order to obtain a grade. Otherwise, the grade I automatically becomes FX. At the discretion of the department chair, the period specified above may be extended until the beginning of the following semester."
