abd de turkiye(turkcell vodafone avea) hattindan aramak icin + 90 535 xxxxxxx seklinde olur. + yerine iki tane sifir (00) koyulunca numarayi aramaz mesela.

Yurt dışından TR için 00 90 kodu girilmesi gerekiyor. Tr den diğer ülkeleri aramak içinde her ülkenin kodu mevcut. Bknz:www.ttrehber.turktelekom.com.tr
00 standart yani, her kodun başına koyuyorsun sonra ülke kodunu sonra da normal telefon numarasını.

When phone numbers are published for use abroad they typically include the country calling code, but show a plus sign (+) prefix in place of any international call prefix, to signify that the caller should use the prefix code appropriate for their country.[2]
