Create a salutation at the top of the body of the email. If you know the recipient's last name, use it after the word "dear," as in "Dear Mr. Smith:" or "Dear Ms. Jones." avrupalilar da yavsaklasma citasi yuksek degil gibi. resmi yaziyorlar, yours sincerely'lerle bitiriyorlar, aslinda anlayamadim, bazen regards'lardan daha samimi sekilde de bitirebiliyolar da... yeni danismanim oldular zaten, resmiyetten bi zarar gelmez.

bence dear üstün altına hitabında daha çok kullanılıyor. bana hocam "dear ilk isim" olarak hitap ediyor, ben hocama "prof. soyad" olarak hep.

benim bildigim kadariyla, dear hello'dan daha resmi her halukarda, dear unvan soiyism, dear isim'den daha resmi. neyse, gonderdim gitti zaten, tek dear cift dear, mesele etmesinler o kadarini da....
