tech savvy olarak kullanılır, hani teknolojiden az çok anlayan insan manasında, ama political savvy diye bir şey hiç duymadım.

siyaset konuştuğunda saçmalamayan, ipe sapa gelmez şeyler söylemeyen, siyasette olanı biteni takip eden ve doğru okuyan, ilgili ve fena halde bilgili birini annıyoruz.

yeni business kavramlarından:)) kısaca etik dışına çıkmadan ofis politikalarını kendi avantajına kullanma... mesela etik olmayan hali kıç yalama, iş arkadaşını arkadan bıçaklama, milletin ayağını kaydırma şeklindeyken, political savvy'de patronla ters gitmeden iyi ilişkiler kurma, gelen ağam giden paşam deme, herkesle takım çalışması yapabilme, kahve yapan gencin adını bilip her sabah günaydın deme, abartmadan kendi reklamını yapma, güç sahibi insanlara bi şekil yaptığın işle adını duyurma gibi şeyler... yani etik açıkgözlülük. böyle liderlik özelliği aranan insanlarda istenen bi özellik. çünkü böylece herkesle iyi geçinecek, problem çözecek, gerektiğinde inisiyatif kullanacak, ekibindekilere yol gösterip yardımcı olacak, orta yolu bulup takımın tam verimle kavga etmeden çalışmasını sağlayacak müdürler isteniyor.
