He is one of the most important new age singers in the Turkey. His interesting wearing style, meaningfull songs, and his positivity made him one of the most known singers in the Turkey. He has more than 300 songs in 6 different languages -including Arabic, English, French and Japanese-. He loved children, and he was producting a tv series named ‘’7 ‘den 77’ye’’(from 7 to 77) for them. Also he made too many songs for children; ‘’arkadaşım eşşek’’(my friend donkey) is the most important one from these songs. He has 2 children, named Savaş(war) and Barış (peace). He has died on 1st february, 1999.There is a street which is named with his name in Istanbul. Also there is a charity foundation which is named with his name.
