Ultrason sonuclarim
Onceki duyurularimda da surecten bahsetmistim, sag testisimdeki sislikten dolayi ultrasona yonlendirmisti doktor, gecen hafta bugun ultrasona girdim. Doktorla randevum pazartesi. Yorumlayabilecek olan var mi? Tesekkurler. (2 rapor var biri US pelvic scan, digeri US scan of scrotum. Ikisinde de ayni seyler yazili.)

There is a 18 mm defect in the right groin of the inguinal canal
through which omental fat herniates; there is no evidence of bowel
seen passing through the defect. This could be reduced with probe
compression. These appearances are consistent with a reducible hernia.
Both testes appear normal in size, shape and echopattern. Good Doppler
flow is demonstrated bilaterally. The right testis measures 42 x 22 x
35 mm (16.7 mL) and the left testis measures 43 x 19 x 36 mm (15.9 mL)
There are no focal lesions in either testis. The left epididymis
appear normal. Left epididymal head cyst is seen measuring 10 x 5 x 7
mm.
Impression:
Right inguino-scrotal hernia.
Left epididymal cyst.
